In the 14 years since BYBLOS opened on Metairie Road, the company has expanded to include a larger restaurant on Magazine Street, in the historic Garden District. These were followed by locations at the Lakeside Shopping Center Food Court in Metairie and, most recently, at Tulane University Food Court in uptown New Orleans.

At BYBLOS ..."our customers always come first." In a casual, fun atmosphere, we offer private and group diners a unique experience based on the fresh, savory ingredients originating in the coastal Mediterranean Basin. We excel in customer loyalty - a second generation of New Orleanians is now enjoying the distinctive dining experience originally discovered and introduced to them by their parents.
